Welcome to www.dofactory.com ("Site") owned and operated by Data & Object Factory, LLC. ("Dofactory").
By using the Site or any feature available through it, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. This includes accessing, viewing, uploading, downloading, or otherwise using the Site or any webpage, as well as using any information, product, or service provided as part of the Site.
Included in this Agreement are all related agreements, such as, our Cookie policy, Privacy policy, Job Posting Terms, Company Page Terms, Licensing policy, EULA, and all rules, policies, and disclaimers (including FAQs) posted on the Site (collectively "Terms").
If you do not agree with all the Terms, do not access or use the Site and do not purchase or use our Products or Services. Please review all of the Terms carefully before using or accessing the Site and/or using our Products and Services.
In the Terms, "User" "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the Site. "Member" refers to the individual or entity that has registered (signed up) and has a 'public' or 'visible' account at our Site. A "customer" refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a product or service from our Site and has a 'private' account (the default setting) that enables them to download their purchases, manage their services, or configure certain account settings. "Dofactory," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Data & Object Factory, LLC.
A 'private' account is only visible to the account holder (the customer). A 'public' account is visible to all users of the Site, as well as, accessible by search engines.
Dofactory reserves the right to change, revise, and modify these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. These changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you do not agree to the changes, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. We ask that you check for Term changes regularly.
A 'private' account is used for 1) downloading purchased products, 2) managing jobs and job related items, and 3) managing account settings. It is accessible to the customer only (i.e. no other users or search engines have access). A 'public' account has everything a 'private' account has, but has the added feature that it allows the Member to participate on the forum and post topics, replies, comments, reviews, etc. at the Site.
With a public account your profile is visible to all users of the Site, as well as, search engines. Several privacy settings allow you further control over which of your activities other Members can see of you. Additional email alert options are available with which you control the emails sent to you. Any account (private or public) can be closed at the sole discretion of Dofactory.
The www.dofactory.com Site is a venue for informational and educational purposes related to software engineering and professional career development. It is expected that users post jobs, articles, applications, and messages in a courteous manner and that their contents are valuable and respectful to other users. Articles, postings, messages, applications, and comments can be edited and/or removed at the sole discretion of Dofactory.
