How to manage MVC Design Pattern with FubuMVC

I'm trying to manage MVC Design Pattern with FubuMVC. The benefits I see are UI and business layer separation. And an app is easy to test. What else should I do to achieve pluggable architecture? I also watched videos series (MVC Central), but I still have to save the changes I make on the business web page.
