Training courses:

In the event that a course is listed with an incorrect fee, date, location, or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, Data & Object Factory shall have the right to refuse or cancel any enrollments for the incorrectly listed class. Data & Object Factory shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such enrollments whether or not the registration has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your enrollment is canceled, Data & Object Factory shall promptly issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a course offered by Data & Object Factory is not as described, your sole remedy is to request Data & Object Factory for a refund.
